Before installation day, the room should be cleared of furniture and personal items. Our team can assist with furniture moving for an additional fee. Old flooring will be removed and the subfloor inspected for any issues that need attention before the new carpet goes down.

The installation process begins with laying carpet padding. The padding is cut to fit the room and secured to the subfloor. Tack strips are installed around the room's perimeter to hold the carpet in place. The carpet is then carefully measured, cut, and positioned.

For rooms requiring multiple carpet pieces, seams are carefully planned and placed in low-visibility areas. Hot-melt seaming tape creates a strong, nearly invisible bond between carpet sections. Proper seaming technique is one of the hallmarks of professional installation.

The carpet is stretched using a power stretcher to ensure a smooth, wrinkle-free surface. Proper stretching prevents buckling and extends the carpet's life. After stretching, the carpet is trimmed along the walls and tucked securely into the tack strips.
